Incelux Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

"We", "Us", "Our": Refers to Incelux.

"You", "Customer": Refers to the purchaser of goods from Incelux.

"Goods": Products supplied by Incelux, primarily sourced from Versiclad Pty Ltd.

2. Quotations and Orders

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Incelux.

All orders must be prepaid in full at the time of placing the order. No goods will be processed or dispatched until payment is received.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless specified.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as agreed.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or storage if the customer is unavailable to receive goods.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for standard stock items, provided goods are unused and in original packaging.

Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Cancellations must be made in writing and may incur fees to cover costs incurred.

6. Warranty

Goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as provided by Versiclad Pty Ltd.

Incelux will assist in facilitating warranty claims but is not liable for manufacturer decisions.

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow care instructions.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Incelux is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of the goods or refund of the purchase price.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content related to Versiclad products remain the property of their respective owners.

Customers must not use these materials without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
